Returns & Cancellations

Products:

Due to the handmade nature of all items, I thank you for understanding that these items are perfectly imperfect and uniquely beautiful. There are no two items the same, and each photo is a true representation of YOUR item! Due to this and the direct hand-off of all sales (whether picked up or personally delivered), we do not accept returns.

Subscription kits are non-refundable.

If an item is shipped and arrives damaged for any reason, please email me at mamasnatureart@outlook.com with pictures to get the matter resolved.

Workshops and classes:

If you have registered for a workshop and are no longer able to attend, these are the rules we follow:

  • A full refund or full credit for another workshop can be given up to 48 hours before the scheduled day.

  • If notified 24 hours in advance, a 50% refund can be provided, or a full credit for another class. Some locations have an admin fee that will also be deducted (usually $5-$15 depending on the venue/location we were scheduled for).

  • No refunds or credits will be given for no shows.

  • An exception will be made for unexpected illness (COVID, flu, or other emergency. In this case a 50% refund can be provided, or a full credit for another class. Some locations have an admin fee that will also be deducted from the refund and store credit (usually $5-$15 depending on the venue/location we were scheduled for).
